Sherri’s career has been enriched by a unique two-year internship in equine therapy, where she developed a deep appreciation for the healing power of animals and nature in the therapeutic process. This experience informs her work, especially in integrating alternative modalities alongside traditional therapeutic practices.

With a belief in the intersectionality of identities, Sherri understands that each individual’s life experiences are shaped by the complex overlap of race, gender, socio-economic status, and more.
